Mary would pay a little on each bill when she received them, but was never able to make a full payment. The remaining amount would always be added to her next bill, which rose so high she couldn’t catch up. To reduce wattage usage, her family started using their electric heater and oven to keep warm. She said it was almost unbearable. DESC paid her bill and brought peace of mind to her family. Mary said DESC is doing wonderful things to help people who are less fortunate and she thanks from the bottom her heart.
