The DESC Endowment Fund was established upon the retirement and in celebration of the ministry of Mary Spuhler. This fund honors the leader who, for three decades, has nurtured and grown the organization, enabling it to do so much for those in need in Jacksonville. This endowment fund will provide a source of long-term financial resources to help DESC continue to fulfill its mission of providing for the basic needs of those in emergency situations.
